Having caught the beauty bug at an early age, Laura says she was always destined for a career in skin. Having worked across beauty, spa and skin-focused clinics, Laura brings her passion for customer care and dermal therapies to James Vivian part time whilst also caring her son, Arthur, who (thankfully) is not a twin, unlike Laura.
