Clinic Coordinator
WE NEED A KICK-ASS CLINIC MANAGER FOR OUR KICK-ASS SKINCARE CLINIC

Our once small skincare clinic is no longer. Thanks to COVID, social media, hard work and an extraordinary team of some of Australia’s best Dermal Clinicians, we‘ve never been busier and we now need a manager to help make us the best version that we can be!

If you;
a) Have extraordinary time management skills;
b) Have meticulous attention to detail;
c) Extremely technologically savvy,
d) Live and breathe customer service,
e) Want to be part of a dynamic, fun, professional, passionate team who admire and respect one another.
f) Have a proven track record of successfully managing a team in a small business context.

We’re looking for a full-time clinic manager who will come on board ASAP, learn the current day to day requirements, build a support team and work closely with the owner to further grow our business and bring amazing skincare to as many clients as possible.

This is a full time role with all work performed out of our Toorak location.

Dermal Clinician
James Vivian is currently on the search for an experienced Dermal Clinician to join our team. We’re so excited about this opportunity & we’re looking forward to welcoming some new members to the James Vivian team.

We are currently a team of 6 of some of Australia’s best Dermal Clinicians. We’re a team who greatly respect and admire one another’s skills and abilities. We work collaboratively and we have a great deal of fun while we do it.

About the role
As a Dermal Clinician at James Vivian, you will work with our extremely loyal and dedicated clientele who trust us with their complexions and who adore their James Vivian experience. This role will see you consulting, listening, advising, and delivering a tailored dermal treatment that suits our clients own personal needs. Dermal Clinicians at James Vivian are service extraordinaries who love caring for our clients inside and out!

About you
You have at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role; experience is essential in both Beauty Therapy and Dermal Therapies.
You possess both a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and a Bachelor of Health Science.
Providing a personal, genuine and caring customer service experience is something you are truly passionate about.
Working with a team who collaborates, educates, inspires and respect one another is what you believe dreams are made of.
You’re fun... and are known for sprinkling a little bit of fun onto everything you do.
